"Overall, the experience was great, with amazing food and a very friendly staff. However, the bed situation was disappointing. After hours of requesting a replacement for the sunken mattress, it was swapped for one that was hard and broken. I ended up sleeping on the sofa for two nights to avoid going through the hassle again. Aside from that, everything else was excellent"

"it doesn't look much upon entry but this is one of the best Hotels we've stayed in. the staff are friendly and do their best to help. the pools are fabulous. breakfast is unbelievable, and the rooms have a wonderful sea and pool view. The terrace room - which is understandabley more expensive - has the most wonderful and huge balcony with table and chairs, loungers and sun shade."

"Wonderful the breakfast is out of this world. Room with wonderful balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool, rooms clean coldly . Walking distance to the city activities. No beach would be the only down side but I’m not a beach person so doesn’t really matter. No complimentary water and a little skimpy on the toiletries ( two people but only one bottle of each shampoo/conditoner etc) trivial but would be nice to be able to say this place is really spectacular. "The hotel is very beautiful, with an excellent breakfast and a very attentive staff. The lobby is impressively designed, and the pool is spacious, heated, and luxurious. However, the room we received in the southern wing did not meet the expected standard for a hotel of this level. The bed was uncomfortable, the balcony window would not lock, leaving the room open most of the time, the electrical sockets were falling apart, and overall, the room was old and not up to the hotel's standard. "

"Very poor condition, we changed the room because of broken shower, cigarettes were all over the terrace, the furnitures are full of stains, the food section is full of dirt (chairs and tables) that’s not even close to be a hotel that asking for 500$ per night. It’s the 7th time we’ve visited this hotel and the last one. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful Service was provided rapidly whenever needed. Breakfast is good, the main issue is that there is no fruits (only preserved), no natural juice. Cons Dinner is rather bad. "

"Nothing to like except breakfast, which is very good by western standards but just barely Ok by Israeli standards. Rest of the facility is a poorly managed. My room on 11th floor was simply dangerous for health."
